Can anyone recommend good converters that can convert cassettes and magnetic films(VHS, camcorders) to PC? - best bang for your buck camcorders

I have to convert old tapes, cassettes and VHS cassettes of the mini-video camera to a digital format. Please can someone advise me bang for the conversion of the money for all three media devices? No matter if I have to buy separate converters. I like my video camera video output, but not my team. Your support in this matter is greatly appreciated!
