What kind of heavy duty blender or food processor can be used for this job??? - blender food processor
I work in a bakery, pastry shop, and we have to make several liters of butter cream icing for a week, with a robot that more than a pint each time. This is especially repitious and is long overdue. My boss can not be found, food processing, that is big enough to do a lot at once, and we now processors have broken even in less than a day! All rights heavier and maybe a little more each time would help. You need a sharp blade on it like a food processor, so that we can whip icing. What kind of mixer / food processor, I should take? A website, number, name of the mixer, or a company that would be useful. Thanks
