Whats a fun, or easy to teach aerobic routine ? - jumping jack cooler rack price list
I want to be tame, but also be fun. Where will it really looks interesting. 80 No dancing .. or not personally, I hate them, and then too tired to teach, lol.
Floor aerobics would be great, such as jumping, aerobic soil and other things that I have no knowledge.

Well, come, please in my old school last year, took on Jonathon to every Friday and take us into the gym and get some of the latest music, and does not cover, but associated movements of the dance. that punches and kicks, and this would be the music, I thought to make was a waste of class and we had fun and get a workout

I have many ideas for FitTV. They have lots of great sets and workouts allstar and Gilad Sharon Mann and Catherine ... I've forgotten something. But I want to see and get a few ideas.
